Q: Why did Augusta Sportswear Brands acquire Pacific Headwear?

A: We are focused on providing our customers with the best possible product offering in the industry. The acclaimed reputation and heritage of the Pacific Headwear brand combined with our industry leading apparel brands creates an unrivaled brand portfolio that allows us to serve our customers with a complete head to toe solution.

 

Q: Will I have the ability to create matching uniform kits products that utilize products from Pacific Headwear and Augusta Sportswear Brands together?

A: Yes, absolutely. In the short term, please email your request to sales@augustasportswear.com and they will coordinate with the Pacific Headwear team to get your order and artwork set up in the system. Once set up, you will receive separate art proofs, order confirmations, and invoices from each brand. However, longer term, our objective is to provide you with the ability to create a single order for a complete uniform kit within an integrated website.

 

Q: How do I open a new account?

A: Our new account process will continue to be setup and maintained separately. When contacting to request a new account, please provide any existing account numbers you have from either Augusta Sportswear Brands or Pacific Headwear.

Q: Who is my sales representative now?

A: For now, please continue to work with your current Pacific sales representative for Pacific branded items and your current Augusta Sportswear Brands sales representative for Augusta Sportswear, Holloway, Russell Athletic, and High Five branded items.
